Refund policy
Click on the ‘Visit the return portal’ button below to access the online return portal and log in using your order number and the email address that was used during checkout. You can find the order number in the order confirmation email.
Event purchase (Click & Collect)
Returns can be made up to 30 days after pickup at Supremacy when you placed your order via the Click & Collect website. Products purchased directly at a merchandise counter can only be returned during Supremacy.
Please visit the return portal to create a return request if you wish to return your order before or after Supremacy.
Non-EU customers: please download the return form to send your package back to our return address.
Returned items are processed within 14 days (2 weeks) after receiving your return package, including the refund.
When your order has not been picked up during the event, we will issue a refund to your bank account automatically within one month.
Return policy
- Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase or during Supremacy.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition.
- A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required.
By following these guidelines we can ensure a smooth and efficient return process. Supremacy staff reserve the right to decline returns if the above conditions are not met.
